Updated Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 To Go On Sale By Late March

After updating the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the Meteor 350 last year, the company is focusing its attention on the Guerrilla 450. The 2026 Guerrilla 450 is expected to make its India debut later this month and will go on sale pan-India by April, 2026. While there has been no official word from the brand on the updates, we expect some mechanical and cosmetic changes.

The biggest update is expected on the rear suspension as the slightly firm ride quality has been the major issue for the Guerrilla 450. Like the Hunter 350, we expect the spring rates and the damping on the rear monoshock suspension to be revised to offer a better ride quality. Whether the front suspension also witnesses a switch to an USD fork setup remains to be seen. On the cosmetic front, we can expect the introduction of some new colour shades to increase the visual appeal of the motorcycle further. Apart from this, we might also see the inclusion of cruise control on the 2026 Guerrilla 450 as it already has a ride-by-wire throttle.

On the other hand, the engine will remain the same 452 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled unit, The powerplant is rated at 40 bhp and produces 40 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. Even the main frame, wheels and braking hardware will remain unchanged on the updated motorcycle. Ever since its launch, the Guerrilla 450 has struggled to find takers in the Indian market and Royal Enfield woul be banking on these upgrades to give its sales a fresh boost.
