Priced at Rs 6.46 lakh, the Justin Bieber x Vespa edition scooter will be limited to single-digit units in India.
Piaggio India has launched a special edition called the Justin Bieber x Vespa in India. Priced at Rs 6.46 lakh (ex-showroom), this limited edition scooter will be available in the country as a Completely-Built Unit (CBU) and will be sold in single-digit units. This particular edition of the scooter was first unveiled over a year ago. The Italian two-wheeler manufacturer states that Justin Bieber x Vespa has been personally ideated and designed by the singer.
The special edition Vespa comes with monochrome-themed styling with white being the colour of choice for Justin Bieber. Everything from the saddle grips to the 12-inch wheel rims are finished in white. In fact, the brand logo along with the flames at the front and rear are also white-on-white tone. Apart from this, the collector’s edition Vespa also gets a signature rectangular headlamp.
“I love Vespa, and to partner with such a classic brand is so cool. Being able to express myself, whether it's through art, music, visuals, or aesthetics, being able to create something from nothing - it's a part of me. Ultimately the goal in creating and designing is always to put your own unique spin on things", said Justin Bieber.
Furthermore, the Justin Bieber x Vespa edition scooter comes loaded with a full-colour TFT dashboard with Bluetooth connectivity and smartphone functions. It also gets LED lighting all around. Since this edition is based on the Vespa Sprint 150, it comes with a 155 cc, single-cylinder motor producing 12.3 bhp and 12.4 Nm of torque. Pre-bookings for the Justin Bieber x Vespa scooter are now open.
