Xiaomi India announced the launch of Xiaomi Studios in India with the premiere of its first production, "The Rolling Ball." This short film was shot entirely using Xiaomi's flagship 13 Pro smartphone in Dolby Vision with Atmos.
With its maiden production venture, Xiaomi Studios aims to empower creators to explore their creativity using Xiaomi devices. Xiaomi Studios provides a platform for individuals worldwide to unleash their inner filmmaker using their Xiaomi phones.
Shot in picturesque locales across Jaipur and Kolkata, "The Rolling Ball" engages you with its plot, remarkable performances, and cinematic appeal. It is directed by Sébastien Abes and produced by Xiaomi Studios & ALMO Creative. Cricket icon Sourav Ganguly also makes a special cameo appearance in the film. The film is available to watch on Xiaomi India's YouTube channel.

Xiaomi Studios is Xiaomi's global filmmaking initiative that allows mobile filmmakers to harness the power of Xiaomi smartphones to create compelling cinematic content. Xiaomi is also looking at curating film festivals and providing grants to encourage up-and-coming mobile filmmakers in India.
