Xiaomi has launched both these editions to celebrate its achievement at the revered Nürburgring circuit.
Chinese cell phone manufacturing company Xiaomi has decided to further elevate the sporty quotient of the SU7 Ultra Track in 2025 with two new launches — a Track Package and the Nürburgring Limited Edition. The former is an accessories pack that makes the SU7 more track-worthy. While the new limited “Nürburgring” Edition is a proper track weapon, limited to just 100 units, but only 10 models have been commissioned for production in 2025. The “Track Package” costs ¥100,000 (i.e. approx ₹11.95 lakh) on top of the SU7’s standard asking price of ¥629,900 (i.e. approx ₹75.26 lakh), while the exclusive limited edition model is priced at ¥814,900 (i.e. approx ₹97.37 lakh).

The “Track Package” includes high-performance brakes, a carbon fibre roof and wheel arches, Bilstein EVO R coilover springs with height adjustability, and 21-inch U-shaped forged alloy wheels shod with stickier Pirelli P Zero high-performance tyres as standard. For serious track days, you can upgrade to Trofeo RS rubber, and Xiaomi will replace them for free through authorised Xiaomi service centres.
With the Nürburgring Edition, the Xiaomi SU7 gets the track package as standard. On top of that, it adds a carbon fibre dual-vent hood, mirrors, skirts, and a spoiler. Inside the cabin, the rear seats have been removed for a steel half-roll cage, and the front passenger seats have been swapped for carbon fibre racing bucket seats with six-point harnesses. The underbody has also been replaced with a racing aero panel, which Xiaomi claims adds 44 kg of downforce during track use.
The Xiaomi SU7 became quite the reckoner in the Performance and hypercar space, recently, with the factory-tuned, high-performance variant called the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Track Edition. It set the record for the Fastest Mass-Production Electric Four-Wheeler at the hallowed, Nürburgring circuit in Germany earlier this month by finishing the 20.8 km long circuit in just 7:04 seconds. This was almost 3 seconds quicker than the previous track record holder, the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT, followed by the Rimac Nevera. The record-breaking car was powered by a massive 150 kWh battery paired to a 1,526 bhp-strong tri-motor setup. This gave it the arsenal to reach a top speed of 350 kmph, while accelerating from 0-100 kmph in just 1.98 seconds. The standard car takes 2.78 seconds to do the same while being powered by a 101 kWh battery paired to a 664 bhp motor setup.
The above is quite a historic feat for an automotive company that has been in existence for less than 5 years. Therefore, the launch of the new SU7 Nürburgring Limited Edition and the adjacent “Track Package” is more than just a mere achievement celebration here. It’s a proper statement that confidently displays Xiaomi’s newly acquired expertise in making a performance car and how the brand learned it the quick and right way. While Xiaomi has no immediate plans to export the SU7 out of China, all we can do now is wait.
