What is the Cost of RC Transfer?
- At ACKO Drive, you need not pay additional fees for RC transfer to the new owner. We will take care of all the documentation after you sell your used car
- However, in general, there are RTO charges for transferring the RC of your car to a new owner. If you are transferring the RC within the state, the RC transfer fee stands at Rs. 550. The total fees comprise Rs 350 as RTO charges, and the remaining amount is the smart card RC fee.
- If the used car is registered in a different state and you wish to transfer the RC in current state, the RC transfer fees may be higher. That is because the inter-state RC transfer fee is on the higher side as the vehicle is purchased in another state.
