Maruti Suzuki Invicto Design and Dimensions

The exterior silhouette of the Maruti Suzuki Invicto is similar to the Toyota Innova Hycross. In fact, both models feature similar design elements, albeit with subtle changes. The front fascia of the Invicto features a hexagonal grille with a chrome treatment, which is different from the Innova Hycross. Other highlights include redesigned LED headlights, revamped bumper and a faux skid plate.

The Invicto’s side profile features flared wheel arches, black body cladding and 17-inch alloy wheels. The chrome treatment on the window line, chrome door handles and turn indicators on the ORVM enhance the overall look of the MPV.

The rear profile of the Maruti Invicto features a redesigned tail light cluster compared to the Innova Hycross. Apart from that, it gets a roof-mounted spoiler and a prominent chrome strip connecting the tail lights. Overall, the exterior design of the Maruti Invicto is premium, and Maruti Suzuki has done really well to differentiate it from its Toyota sibling.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto Interior

Similar to the exterior, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto’s interior also has a close resemblance with the Innova Hycross. Maruti Suzuki has thrown in some new elements, such as an all-black interior theme, Champagne gold accents and Suzuki branding on the steering wheel.

Other highlights of the interior include a floating infotainment display, leatherette seats, soft-touch materials on the dashboard, etc. However, the use of hard plastics still continues, which is a bit disappointing in a car that costs upwards of Rs. 24 lakhs ex-showroom.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto Rivals

The primary rival of the Maruti Invicto is its Toyota sibling, the Innova Hycross. The Invicto costs less than the Innova Hycross, and that too without losing many features. However, the Toyota Innova Hycross offers bigger alloy wheels, advanced safety features and a more premium sound system. But for the price it demands, the Invicto makes for a good choice if you are looking for a premium MPV.
