The Tata Nexon SUV was launched in 2017, and even after so many years and with its significant facelift revealed last year on 23 September 2023, its demand has always been on the higher end. With its bold and muscular exteriors and premium feature-laden interiors complimented by Tata's competitive pricing, the Nexon has made its place in numerous wishlists.
The car currently has over eighty variants, with a diesel and a petrol engine on offer. The 1.2L Turbocharged Revotron offers a power of 118.27bhp@5500rpm and torque of 170Nm@1750-4000rpm. It also has four gearbox choices: a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed AMT, and a 7-speed DCT. The 1.5L Turbocharged Revotorq diesel unit offers a power of 113.31bhp@3750rpm and torque of 260Nm@1500-2750rpm. The transmission choices for this are 6-speed MT or 6-speed AMT. The Nexon offers a combined mileage of 17 km/l to 24 km/l.
The stunning design, features, and performance, paired with the attractive price tag, have resulted in its immense demand. This, in turn, has led to questions regarding the waiting periods for the Tata Nexon.
