It feeds two electric motors (one for each axle) that jointly deliver up to 300kw (403 bhp) of power and up to 664 Nm. Under regular conditions, an e-tron uses the rear electric motor for driving, while the other motor is only used when the driver's right foot needs more power. Its all-wheel drive further offers torque to its front axle. 

Audi e-tron Transmission

The car has excellent battery pack options—71 kWh and 95 kWh battery capacities. The electric motor delivers up to 403 bhp of power. Each time the driver hits the brake or gets off the accelerator, this car regenerates power into the battery. In short, the electric motor is the generator that converts kinetic energy into electric energy. Interestingly, you can adjust the regen's extent with paddle shifters on the steering wheel.
