Volkswagen India might not have an all-new made-in-India model coming to the country, but it has big plans of bringing the premium EV, the ID.4 to India by the end of this year. Volkswagen, will  be also launching a bunch of new variants of the Taigun and Virtus as well and that will help bring some fresh perspective to the table and make the cars competitive in their respective segments. The company’s export plans as also the used car ‘Das Welt Auto’ have gained immense ground and a lot more is expected in the coming years. We speak to VW’s Brand Director, Ashish Gupta, about all that and more!

VW India’s Big Plans Revealed | New Launches, EVs and More

The Volkswagen Taigun has once again scored well on a crash test. The made in India Taigun was tested at Latin NCAP and has received 5 Stars. The Latin NCAP protocol is more stringent than the India-specific  crash test conducted by Global NCAP.
