Renewal of Learning Licence in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

1. Visit the Parivahan Sewa websitehttps://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ and choose Andaman and Nicobar Islands as your state.
2. Click on "Learner's Licence" followed by "Expired Learner Licence Issue Again."
3. Enter your old Learner's Licence number and date of birth to recover your previous records.
4. Upload the specified identity, address, and age proofs again as new submissions.
5. Select a fresh date and time for your Learner's Licence test.
6. Pay the required fee online via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
7. Visit the RTO to take the multiple-choice test.
Once you clear the test, a new Learner's Licence will be granted. The process is the same as obtaining a Learner's Licence for the first time, so it should be treated as a new application and not a renewal.
