5. Book a test slot: Select a fresh date and time for your Learner's Licence test.
6. Pay the fee: Pay the fee online via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
7. Take the test: Visit the RTO on the day of your test and pass the multiple-choice test.
Once you clear the test, a new Learner's Licence will be granted. The procedure is the same as obtaining a Learner's Licence for the first time, so it should be treated as a new application and not a renewal.
