In Uttarakhand, applying online for a driving license is a straightforward process.  A significant portion of the procedure can be finished in the convenience of your own home.  The actions are:

Step 1: Go to the Website of Parivahan Sewa: Go to the official website of the Parivahan Sewa.

Step 2: Choose "Online Services" From the Menu: Find and click on the "Online Services" tab present on the Parivahan Sewa homepage.

Step 3: Select Your State: Select "Uttarakhand" as your state from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Find the "Apply Online" Option: On the menu of the State Transport Department, look for the "Apply Online" or "Learner's Licence" options.  Click it to proceed to the next step of the application process.
