The Yezdi Adventure has gained a few subtle updates for improved performance and ride quality.
Making its most exciting motorcycle fun and engaging the Yezdi Adventure got introduced in 2024 with a few updates. Although these tweaks and modifications are subtle, Yezdi claims that the Adventure will now feel more refined than before. Interestingly, despite these new changes, Yezdi has managed to bring down the price of the ADV bike by ₹6,000. All of these beg the question: Is the updated Yezdi Adventure better than the Royal Enfield Scram 411, one of its direct rivals, especially from a standard price point of view? Let’s find that out.
Specifications | Yezdi Adventure | Royal Enfield Scram 411 |
---|---|---|
Engine | 334 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled | 411 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled |
Power | 29.88 bhp | 24.3 bhp |
Torque | 29.84 Nm | 32 Nm |
Transmission | 6-speed | 5-speed |
Despite the smaller capacity engine, the Yezdi Adventure produces more power— at 29.88 bhp, it is almost five bhp more powerful than the Royal Enfield Scram 411. Moreover, Yezdi has also tuned the engine’s performance and optimised the gear ratio—all of which are expected to deliver a more refined experience and make it quicker than the latter.
However, the Scram 411, with its heavy low-end torquey engine has a very different nature. Additionally, in off-road conditions, the Royal Enfield Scram 411 will be more capable than the Yezdi Adventure, for that extra torque will help its case to come out of sticky situations more effectively.

---|---|---|
Weight | 187 kg | 185 kg |
Wheelbase | 1465 mm | 1455 mm |
Fuel Tank Capacity | 15.5-litre | 15-litres |
Seat Height | 815 mm | 795 mm |
The Yezdi Adventure and Royal Enfield Scram 411 reads almost similar on paper. Both have identical-sized fuel tanks, and the kerb weight of the bikes is also almost the same, with the Scram 411 being just 2 kg lighter. This is mainly because the Scram 411 is a road-biased bike, and as a consequence, it doesn’t come equipped with a taller windshield or any fuel tank guards – both of which are available with the Yezdi Adventure. Additionally, the accessible seat height of the Scram 411 is also a deliberate move to keep it friendly for all kinds of riders. The Yezdi Adventure’s taller seat height is due to its higher suspension travel, larger wheels, and greater ground clearance.

Frame | Double Cradle | HALF-DUPLEX SPLIT CRADLE FRAME |
Front Suspension | 41 mm, Telescopic Fork | 41 mm, Telescopic Fork |
Rear Suspension | Monoshock with Linkage, 7-step Preload adjustable | Monoshock With Linkage |
Front Brake Disc Size | 320 mm | 300 mm |
Rear Brake Disc Size | 240 mm | 240 mm |
The Royal Enfield Scram 411 and the Yezdi Adventure have the same underpinnings. Both equip a 41 mm telescopic fork and a rear mono-shock with linkage. However, the Yezdi Adventure edges past the Scram 411 with the rear suspension getting 7-step preload adjustability option as standard, and with a 20 mm bigger front disc brake, it ends up with better-stopping power.
Keeping matters simple is the Royal Enfield Scram 411, which comes with a semi-digital cluster, with the option of Royal Enfield’s Tripper navigation powered by Google Maps that displays turn-by-turn navigation. Besides that, the bike equips halogen bulb for both its headlight and tail light.
On the other hand, the Yezdi Adventure packs an all-digital cluster that gets a Bluetooth connectivity option as well; however, the readouts feel challenging to read, especially under direct sunlight. This is where the RE Scram 411 shines, for, despite its more straightforward approach, it doesn’t interfere with the ride experience, which is the case with the Yezdi Adventure’s cluster. The LED headlight on the Adventure also lacks that spread for good visibility.
The Yezdi Adventure is available in four new colour options: Tornado Black, Magnite Maroon, Wolf Grey, and Glacier White. The Royal Enfield Scram 411 is available in seven colour options: Skyline Blue, Blazing Black, Graphite Yellow, Graphite Red, Graphite Blue, Silver Spirit, and White Flame.

---|---|---|
Starting Ex-showroom Price | ₹2.10 lakh | ₹2.07 lakh |
Despite the subtle updates, the Yezdi Adventure at ₹2.10 lakh still sounds quite reasonable, especially compared with the Royal Enfield Scram 411. The Scram 411 is starting to show its age and given its specs, it isn't a hardcore off-road machine like the Yezdi offering. . But with an extensive service network, ownership experience of the Royal Enfield Scram 411 will any day be better than the Yezdi Adventure.
