The updated Hunter 350 was recently spotted at a dealership yard, so we already have a fair idea of the new details.
Royal Enfield is gearing up for the second launch of 2025 with the updated Hunter 350. The bike will be officially showcased tomorrow as part of the brand’s new Hunterhood festival that will simultaneously take place in Delhi and Mumbai. We had already spotted the updated 2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 recently at a dealership yard earlier this week. So we already know about the changes that RE has meted out to its most popular roadster, and here’s what you should expect:
One of the biggest caveats with the Hunter 350 was its stiff ride quality and that mainly boiled down to its rear dual-shock absorbers. With just 90 mm of suspension travel at the back, the Hunter 350 felt uncomfortable to ride, especially over bad roads and undulations. RE has taken this into consideration to revise the rear suspension unit and judging by the looks of it there should be more travel on offer now. But by how much we shall find out tomorrow.
The upcoming 2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will gain an LED headlight, which first debuted on the RE Super Meteor 650. While this is not the brightest LED headlight unit available in the market, it's still an upgrade nonetheless.
Lastly, to distinguish the 2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 from before will be new colour options. The bikes spotted at the dealership yard showed two new shades. One had the fuel tank in complete white with green-yellow-blue livery on it and the “Royal Enfield” logo was finished in black. The other one had the fuel tank finished in red with two black stripes running horizontally across and the RE logo was miniaturised.
Beyond the above changes, the rest of the bike will remain the same. It will continue to be powered by the same 349 cc, single-cylinder air-oil-cooled J-series engine that produces 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm, and is paired with a five-speed gearbox. The Hunter 350 has become quite the popular badge in a very short span of time. RE has already retailed 5 lakh units in just two and a half years of production.
