The 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 gets absolutely no changes for the new model year, and continues as the same package with the 1099 cc inline four-cylinder engine.
India Kawasaki Motors has launched 2027 Z1100 streetfighter in the country with prices starting at ₹12.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 gets absolutely no changes for the new model year. The super-naked packs a punch with its powerful four-cylinder motor and top-shelf hardware, which makes it a rather accessible yet powerful package. It will continue to be sold in the single Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray paint scheme.
Powering the 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 is the familiar 1099 cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine, which develops 136 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 113 Nm of peak torque at 7,600 rpm. The motor is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, and gets an assist and slipper clutch. The strong low-end punch makes it fairly easy to ride the bike in the city, while the mid-range performance makes it more engaging out on the highway. The gearing has been revised to improve responsiveness, while making highway cruising more effortless.

Other hardware components stay the same. The MY27 Z1100 is underpinned by a tubular diamond frame, while suspension duties are handled by Showa SFF-BP inverted fork at the front and a horizontally mounted back-link suspension at the rear. Braking performance comes from dual 277 mm front discs and a 226 mm disc at the rear. The bike rides on Dunlop Sportmax Q5A tyres.
On the feature front, the Kawasaki Z1100 continues to get a 5-inch TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. The Rideology mobile app brings a host of data to the motorcycle as well. With respect to electronic rider aids, the bike comes equipped with multiple riding modes, six-axis IMU, Kawasaki Traction Control, cornering management, cornering ABS, a bidirectional quickshifter and electronic cruise control.
