2024 TOTMs: Kawasaki Is Google Most Searched Premium Bike Brand

Kawasaki’s reputation continues unabated for the Japanese brand has just been declared as the Most Searched Premium Bike Brand on Google at the 2024 Acko Drive Awards. 

The launch of the Kawasaki W175 in 2023 was a major turning point for the brand. Unlike other models in it's line-up, which is mainly comprised of high-end and expensive models, the W175 with its extremely affordable price tag and retro-design gave buyers in India a nice alternative option to own one of the famed green bikes. Making matters more interesting an practical, Kawasaki rounded up 2023 by launching the W175 Street at the India Bike Week. This naturally piqued interest which trickled down to most searches on Google.

The manufacturer of Ninja also started 2024 on a high note in India with the launch of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R and the Eliminator 450. While the former carries a surprisingly good sticker price of ₹11.10 lakh, the cruiser was a tad bit expensive (given that it is a 450 cc offering) at ₹5.62 lakh. Lately, Kawasaki also brought the new Ninja 500 to our shores and at ₹5.24 lakh, it carries forward the same price tag as the bike it replaces, the Ninja 400.
