The Skoda Epiq is a compact electric SUV that is aimed at the European market.
Skoda has officially unveiled the Epiq, the smallest and most affordable electric vehicle in its global portfolio, marking a major step in the brand’s global electrification strategy.
Measuring 4.1 metres in length, the compact SUV is the first production model to fully adopt the new Modern Solid design language. The vehicle features a Tech-Deck Face that houses advanced sensors behind a glossy black panel, flanked by T-shaped LED lighting elements.
Built on the Volkswagen Group’s MEB Entry architecture, the Epiq is designed to offer a spacious interior despite its compact exterior footprint. It provides a class-leading boot capacity of 475 litres, which can expand to 1,344 litres with the rear seats folded.

The minimalist cabin is equipped with a 13-inch central touchscreen, a 5.3-inch digital driver display, and sustainable interior materials. Practical features include physical buttons for essential functions, wireless mobile charging, and a digital key that allows smartphones to unlock the vehicle.
The electric SUV will be available with two battery options, 38.5 kWh and 55 kWh, delivering a maximum range of up to 440 km on a single charge. Power outputs range from 112 bhp to 205 bhp, with a high performance vRS variant expected to offer up to 220 bhp.
The vehicle supports bidirectional charging, enabling it to power external devices or even a household. With fast charging capabilities, the battery can be replenished from 10 to 80% in approximately 23 minutes.
Skoda currently has no electric vehicle on sale in India. It remains to be seen if the brand changes its strategy in the future and brings the Epiq to our shores.
