The deliveries for the 2024 Vantage are expected to commence in Q4 2024.
The 2024 Aston Martin Vantage has officially made its debut in India, drawing attention with its design and enhanced performance. Priced at ₹3.99 crore (ex-showroom, India), this latest iteration of the Vantage brings a host of upgrades that position it strongly in the luxury sports car segment, where it will compete against rivals like the McLaren GT and Ferrari Roma. The deliveries for the 2024 Vantage are expected to commence in Q4 2024.
The design of the 2024 Vantage takes cues from Aston Martin's iconic One-77 supercar, particularly evident in the aggressive front fascia. A prominent metal grille, now 38 per cent larger than before, enhances the vehicle’s cooling efficiency by increasing airflow by 29 per cent. This larger grille, along with additional air intakes on either side of the bumper, gives the Vantage a more assertive look.
The sleek, aerodynamic profile is complemented by 21-inch forged alloy wheels and widened wheel arches that add to its muscular stance. The car features flush-type door handles and frameless doors, while the rear is marked by slim, curved tail lights that span the width of the vehicle, coupled with a quad exhaust setup that underscores its sporty character.
Inside, the Vantage continues the theme of luxury with an interior that mirrors elements from the more powerful DB12. The cabin is lined with high-quality, soft-touch materials, and the layout is designed for both comfort and performance. Key features include streamlined AC vents, sports seats, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The car also includes a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, an 1170 W 15-speaker Bower & Wilkins sound system, 8-way powered heated seats, and dual-zone AC.
Under the hood, the 2024 Vantage is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering a substantial 656 bhp and 800 Nm of torque—an increase of 153 bhp and 115 Nm over its predecessor. This power is channelled to the rear wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission from ZF, enabling the Vantage to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.4 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 325 kmph.
The vehicle's performance is further enhanced by its advanced bonded aluminium structure, which achieves a perfect 50:50 weight distribution. The suspension system has been reworked for 29 per cent more stiffness, and the inclusion of adaptive dampers and an electronic rear differential contributes to a more agile and responsive driving experience.
The Vantage is equipped with cast-iron disc brakes as standard, though buyers can opt for carbon ceramic brakes, which offer improved performance under high temperatures and reduce overall unsprung mass by 27 kg, enhancing steering response.
Safety features are comprehensive, including multiple airbags, electronic stability control, an electric parking brake, and a full suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
