Audi India today announced that it will offer a 10-year Roadside Assistance for its customers. This will be applicable to cars sold starting October 1, 2023. Currently, in the luxury car market, Audi’s chief rivals, Mercedes-Benz India offers 8 years of Road side Assistance while BMW India offers only 3. This then is a big step for Audi India to up the ante with services to customers.
The Roadside Assistance covers 24x7 connectivity, all-India coverage, on-site repairs, delivery of fuel and spare keys, towing, travel or accommodation facilities among others.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India said, “With a complimentary RSA for a 10-year period, we are setting new industry standards, further enhancing our high-quality services and timely assistance.”
