Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India recorded 5,67,351 sales in February 2026, marking 34% YoY growth. Strong domestic demand, export momentum, road safety initiatives, and network expansion contributed to sustained performance.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) recorded total sales of 5,67,351 units in February 2026, reflecting a robust 34% growth compared to the same period last year.
This performance was driven by strong demand across both domestic and international markets. Of the total sales, 5,13,190 units were sold in India, while exports accounted for 54,161 units.
For the financial year-to-date period (April 2025 to February 2026), HMSI reported cumulative sales of 58,20,556 units. This includes 52,37,169 units sold domestically and 5,83,387 units exported, underlining sustained growth momentum across key markets.
Beyond sales, HMSI continued to advance its commitment to road safety and community engagement. The company conducted nationwide road safety awareness initiatives in multiple cities including Ajmer, Pune, Nashik, Vadodara, Mangalore, and Kochi. These programs aimed to promote responsible riding behaviour and strengthen public awareness around safe mobility practices.
Road Safety Conventions were also organised in cities such as Gwalior, Agra, Kochi, and Madurai, with a focus on educating school leaders and teachers about fostering safe road habits among children from an early age.
In addition, HMSI marked key milestones with the anniversary celebrations of its Traffic Training Parks in Chennai and Jaipur, reinforcing its long-term focus on rider education and safer mobility.
