Kia India has managed to sell more than 20,000 units per month.
Kia India has sold 22,315 units in India in May 2025, registering a growth of 14.43 per cent compared to May 2024, when it sold 19,500 units. For the past five months, Kia India has managed to sell more than 20,000 units per month.
The brand also said that it has received an overwhelming response for the newly launched Carens Clavis MPV, but did not disclose any booking or delivery numbers for its latest MPV. The Clavis was launched in India on May 23, and its prices start at ₹11.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
Hardeep Singh Brar, Senior Vice President and National Head of Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said, “With Clavis, we are looking forward to setting new benchmarks in the segment and making it more dynamic than ever before. Our strong sales performance in May reflects the growing resonance of Kia’s diverse offerings across segments.”
Kia India also indicated that it will unveil its next “innovation” in July, which most likely means that the Carens Clavis EV will be making its debut then. The brand is yet to name what this innovation will be, but all indicators suggest it will be the electrified version of its latest MPV, the Clavis EV.
