Auto Sales November 2023: Honda Two-wheelers Sees Growth of 20 Percent

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) reported it sold 4,47,849 units in November 2023, which is a 20 per cent growth compared to the same period last year. The total sales figure includes 4,20,677 units sold in the domestic markets and 27,172 units of exports.

Domestic sales for HMSI saw a YoY growth of 19 per cent compared to November 2022, while exports saw a rise of 38 percent during the same period last year. The festive season sales saw HMSI grow by a big margin as it only saw a 10 per cent YoY growth in October 2023.

In November 2023, HMSI launched the new CB350 to rival the Royal Enfield Bullet 350. Like the latter sharing everything with the Classic 350 but arriving at a cheaper price point, the CB350 also shares almost everything with the CB350 H’Ness but is priced lower. The standard CB350 is priced at ₹1,99,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it roughly ₹10,000 more affordable than the Highness. Additionally, HMSI also launched new Big Wing dealerships in Bengaluru and Nagercoil, and it also conducted road safety campaigns in 12 cities across the country.
