MG Motor India sold 5,108 units last month, registering a year-on-year growth of 17 per cent
MG Motor India has announced that it sold 5,108 units in October 2023, registering a year-on-year growth of 17 per cent in comparison to the same period in 2022. The British-origin brand is also celebrating its 100th anniversary.

It is worth noting that electric vehicles (EVs) in MG Motor India’s portfolio made up roughly 25 per cent of the total sales in October 2022, having sold around 1,280 units. MG currently sells two EVs in India, the ZS EV and Comet. In September 2023 as well, MG’s EV comprised 25 per cent of the total sales that month. This implies that even with just two models in the portfolio, EVs are becoming increasingly popular for the brand.

Currently, MG sells the Comet, Astor, Hector, Hector Plus, ZS EV and Gloster in India. As a part of its anniversary celebrations, the brand is giving special offers on all its models that include special anniversary prices, cash discounts, exchange offers, loyalty bonuses, extended warranties, corporate offers and various financing options.
