Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) posted robust September sales of 70,347 units, up 9.6% from 64,201 units in September 2024, driven by the GST 2.0 rate cut and festive demand. Domestic passenger car wholesales rose marginally to 51,547 units, a 0.9% increase over 51,101 units a year ago, while exports jumped 43.5% to 18,800 units, the highest monthly tally since December 2022.

Total sales increased 16.3% from August 2025 (60,501 units), 17.1% from July 2025 (60,073 units), and 15.5% from June 2025 (60,924 units). Domestic sales showed even stronger sequential growth, rising 17.1% from August, 17.2% from July, and 17.1% from June 2025, indicating sustained recovery in the Indian passenger vehicle market.
