The Pulsar N250SS features an upgraded 4V engine producing 24.7 bhp and 22 Nm torque, now paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Bajaj Auto has officially introduced the new Pulsar N250SS in India, priced at ₹1.59 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Positioned as an upgrade over the standard Pulsar N250, the motorcycle receives comprehensive mechanical, electronic, and feature updates.

The launch arrives as the iconic Pulsar brand celebrates its 25th anniversary, bringing a highly competitive technology suite to the quarter-litre motorcycle segment.

Powering the Pulsar N250SS is an updated four-valve (4V) engine that generates 24.7 bhp of maximum power and 22 Nm of peak torque. This marks an improvement over the previous iteration, which produced 24.1 bhp and 21.5 Nm. Crucially, Bajaj has replaced the older 5-speed gearbox with a slicker 6-speed transmission.

The tech package sees a big upgrade with the introduction of an Electronic Throttle Body (ETB) system, allowing riders to switch between dedicated ETB ride modes alongside existing ABS modes. Cockpit instrumentation has been modernised with a new 5-inch TFT console replacing the previous LCD screen, offering seamless Google Maps mirroring for turn-by-turn navigation. A new Sports Shifter has also been included to refine gear changes during spirited riding.

Rider convenience and safety are further enhanced with span-adjustable brake and clutch levers, a USB Type-C charging port, Panic Brake Alert, and a dedicated hazard light switch.
