The Retail.Next dealership will have a three-car display zone and a lounge-like seating area.
BMW Group has introduced its first Retail.Next dealership in India. The first of these new-age dealerships by BMW has opened its doors in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. BMW says this new dealership will have its foundations based on physical and digital (phygital) engagement.
The Retail.Next dealership has a three-car display zone, lifestyle and accessories as well as a workshop with three service bays. BMW says this new dealership will have extremely high-quality standards in all of its processes.
Vikram Pawah, President, BMW Group India, said, “With Retail.Next Dealership concepts we have reimagined our customer-centric approach blending phygital innovation with modern aesthetics and an engaging environment.”
The first Retail.Next dealership in Agra is handled by Speed Motorwagen. Divij Narain, Dealer Principal, Speed Motorwagen, said, “With thriving business operations in Uttar Pradesh, launching the first Retail.Next dealership in Agra heralds a new chapter of success in our story.”
The Retail.Next dealership has seen a complete design overhaul. The dealership will have one entrance and one floor. The cars in the dealership will be surrounded by high-end, lounge-like furniture and BMW-branded apparel and accessories.
