Triumph Motorcycles was also announced as the official motorcycle partner for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
Triumph Motorcycles and Call Of Duty partnership just reached another level. The British brand's motocross bike, the TF 250-X, will be seen in the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 1, an update to its popular multiplayer online shooter. The motorcycle will be an in-game rideable vehicle, and Triumph claims that the bike will feel the same to ride in the virtual world as it feels in real world conditions.
“Call of Duty is a critically-acclaimed gaming franchise, played globally by millions of people every month. For Triumph Motorcycles to become part of this world and take our place in this incredible story is very exciting. As Official Motorcycle Partner, we have worked closely with the Call of Duty designers to ensure the player experience of riding each bike is as realistic as possible, modelling extreme stunts and riding moves that will thrill motorcycle enthusiasts as well as gaming fans.” said Triumph Motorcycles Chief Operating Officer Paul Stroud
To commemorate this latest collaboration, Triumph Motorcycles took out a cavalcade of sixteen Triumph Tiger 1200 and Tiger 900s in Washington DC. Riders were decked out, and the bikes were branded with Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Cerberus branding, wherein the bikes escorted VIPs through the capital, past the White House and onto the National Building Museum, where it finally concluded with an immersive community event.
Launched last year, the Triumph TF 250-X is powered by a 250 cc engine that churns out 25 bhp and 28.6 Nm. Like a typical Triumph product, the TF 250-X also comes loaded to the gills with accessories which include a Akrapovič full titanium exhaust system, MX Tune Pro wi-fi module, and Athena LC-GPA launch control module with rider-selectable enhanced traction control and launch control settings and LED engine speed indicator, to name a few. In the US it is priced under $10,000 (i.e just shy of ₹8.40 lakh) – the TF 250-X chances of making it in India is very slim.
