From cruise control to ride modes, the new Hero Glamour X 125 sets a new benchmark in the 125 cc commuter motorcycle segment.
Hero MotoCorp has expanded its popular 125 cc portfolio with the launch of the new Hero Glamour X 125, priced from ₹89,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Slotting right below the Hero Xtreme 125R, the Glamour X brings a host of first-in-segment features, making it one of the most feature-packed motorcycles in its class. Here’s a look at its key highlights:

The 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 sports a refreshed design with sharper, more aggressive lines. The muscular fuel tank, edgy body panels, and bold graphics enhance its sporty appeal. Customers can choose from five striking colour options: Matt Magnetic Silver, Candy Blazing Red, Metallic Nexus Blue, Black Teal Blue, and Black Pearl Red.
The biggest talking point is undoubtedly the cruise control feature — a first for any 125 cc motorcycle in India. Riders can maintain a steady speed on highways without throttle input, a feature usually seen on premium motorcycles like the KTM 390 Duke or TVS Apache RR 310. This could prove to be a gamechanger in the commuter bike segment.

The Glamour X 125 borrows its 124.7 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine from the Hero Xtreme 125R. It delivers 11.4 bhp at 8,250 rpm and 10.4 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. While performance figures remain unchanged, the addition of electronic aids sets it apart.
Thanks to its ride-by-wire throttle system, the Glamour X gets three ride modes — Eco, Road, and Power. Each mode optimises throttle response and engine mapping for efficiency or performance, depending on the rider’s preference. Interestingly, even the sportier Xtreme 125R does not get this feature.

Hero offers the Glamour X 125 in two variants:
Despite being loaded with premium features, the Glamour X 125 is competitively priced. It undercuts rivals like the Honda SP125 and TVS Raider 125 while offering more advanced technology.
