Hero MotoCorp, the country's largest two-wheeler manufacturer has reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue and normalised profit in the third quarter of FY26. For the quarter ended December 2025, the company recorded revenue from operations of ₹12,328 crore, registering a 21 percent year-on-year growth, while normalised profit after tax (PAT) rose 20 per cent to ₹1,439 crore. Hero MotoCorp also announced an interim dividend of ₹110 per share (5,500 per cent). During Q3 FY26 (October–December 2025), Hero MotoCorp sold 16.97 lakh motorcycles and scooters, compared to 14.64 lakh units in the same period last year, delivering a robust 16 per cent volume growth.
Revenue from operations was ₹12,328 crore (up 21 per cent YoY) and EBITDA stood at ₹1,810 crore, reflecting a growth of 23 per cent. For the nine months ended December 2025, Hero MotoCorp sold 47.55 lakh units, underlining steady demand across segments. Hero MotoCorp’s performance in Q3 FY26 was supported by its strongest-ever festive season, new product launches, and the new GST regime for two-wheelers under 350 cc. The company reported 55 per cent growth in ICE scooter volumes, along with gains in the 100–125 cc motorcycle segment led by Splendor, HF Deluxe, Glamour and Xtreme.
The company also recorded its highest market share and retail performance in the 125cc scooter segment in five years, driven by models such as Xoom, Destini and Pleasure.
Commenting on the company’s performance, Vivek Anand, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Hero MotoCorp, said, “Hero MotoCorp delivered a positive growth performance in Q3 FY’26 with healthy double‐digit growth in volumes and retail momentum. Steady focus on operational excellence, product mix optimisation, consumer‐centricity and innovation remained our core pillars enabling consistent financial performance during the quarter. Conducive macro‐economic factors and favorable GST 2.0 tailwind helped in revival of rural demand which further drove consumer traction for motorcycles and growth for the economy.”
The company’s electric mobility arm Vida continued its upward trajectory, closing the quarter with 11 per cent market share. The company expanded its VX2 lineup with a new 3.4 kWh variant and launched the DIRT.E K3, a size-adaptive electric motorcycle for young riders, which was recognised as a CES 2026 Innovation Award Honoree.
International operations also delivered strong results, with exports growing 41 per cent, supported by new market entries and Euro 5+ compliant models for Europe. Hero MotoCorp now operates across 52 countries on five continents.
