Honda has unveiled the stylish and powerful Stylo 160, a premium automatic scooter designed to turn heads and conquer the urban landscape. Filling the gap in their 160cc lineup alongside the Vario, PCX, and ADV, the Stylo 160 is positioned as a fashionable and powerful offering. The CBS variant starts at IDR 27,550 million (₹ 1.45 lakhs), while the ABS variant goes for IDR 30,425 million (₹1.5 lakh), placing it competitively in the premium scooter segment.

The Stylo 160 grabs attention with its unique design language. Blending modern elements with classic touches, it boasts a European-inspired front area featuring a hexagonal headlamp, chrome accents, and a dynamic front shield with sporty DRLs and turn signals. The flat floor deck and side body panels offer practicality, while garnishes and a minimalist tail design with smoke-colored mica add visual flair.
Packed with features, the Stylo 160 enhances convenience and style. Glove boxes in the front apron, a USB charger, Honda’s Smart key system, and a foldable hook cater to everyday needs. Under the seat, a 5-liter fuel tank and 16.5-liter storage space offer practicality. The fully digital instrument panel keeps you informed, while the LED lighting ensures visibility and style.

Performance is a key highlight of the Stylo 160. Its 160cc eSP+ liquid-cooled, 4-valve, single-cylinder engine with fuel injection delivers 15.3 bhp and 13.8 Nm of torque, matching the power of the Vario 160. This translates to a confident and enjoyable riding experience.
Built for agile handling and stability, the Stylo 160 uses the eSAF frame and 12-inch wheels with tyres size 110/90 in the front and 130/80 in the rear. It also hints towards a comfortable ride, with an accessible seat height of 768 mm and a large floor.

While the Stylo 160 has been introduced in the Southeast Asian markets, there's no launch likely in sight for it in India. Considering the growing demand for premium scooters in the Indian market, Honda should ideally look for something to take on the likes of the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aprilia SR160. Additionally, the retro scooter segment, represented by Vespa, also exists in India. Honda's reliability in this segment might change the game and could be a very good step up from the Activa 125.
