These limited editions build on the phenomenal popularity of Hyundai’s Knight portfolio, which has already sold over 77,000 units since its debut in 2022.
Hyundai Motor India Limited has ignited the festive season with the launch of new Knight Edition models, including the Creta Electric Knight, i20 Knight, and Alcazar Knight, all designed to turn heads with bold, black-themed styling and premium finishes. These limited editions build on the phenomenal popularity of Hyundai’s Knight portfolio, which has already sold over 77,000 units since its debut in 2022.
The introduction of the Creta Electric Knight, alongside updated versions of the i20 and Alcazar as Knight Editions, marks Hyundai’s commitment to offering something truly unique for modern Indian car buyers who demand style and individuality. Featuring a distinctive all-black exterior complemented by brass highlights and sporty red brake callipers, these vehicles deliver a commanding road presence.
Creta Electric Knight is offered in two battery options—51.4 kWh (Long Range) and 42 kWh—with ARAI-certified ranges of up to 510 km and 420 km respectively, making it a formidable electric SUV choice. Meanwhile, the i20 Knight comes with the familiar 1.2L Kappa petrol engine in manual and automatic variants, and the Alcazar Knight is available with turbo-petrol and diesel powertrains, both featuring modern safety enhancements like a dashcam.
Hyundai’s bold strategy of regular limited-edition launches not only responds to Indian consumers’ growing appetite for exclusivity and cosmetic upgrades but it’s also setting a benchmark in creating lifestyle-oriented automotive products. The Knight range’s signature black interiors and brass accents speak to a fusion of luxury and sportiness that resonates with younger buyers, while practical upgrades and additional features add substance to the style.
Unlike regular colour and sticker packs, these Knight models receive genuine hardware and interior enhancements, ensuring they maintain value beyond the festive rush. This clever positioning explains why the Knight sub-brand continues expanding successfully with models like the Creta, Venue, Exter, and now the Creta Electric and Alcazar.
