iGo Wise Mobility has announced the rollout of its nationwide customer experience franchise programme. Designed to democratise access to premium EV experiences, the initiative aims to build a strong, community-centric retail and service network across India.

In the first phase, the programme will expand across the Greater Bengaluru Area, Hyderabad, Pune and Panjim over the next six months. Phase 2 will extend to additional states across South and Middle India within 9–12 months, while Phase 3 will take the brand to international markets, beginning with Kenya and Nigeria.

Building Community-Centric Mobility Experiences

The franchise initiative is positioned as more than a traditional retail expansion. According to Sravan Kumar Appana, Founder & CEO of iGo, the mission is to create “community experiences around sustainable mobility” rather than simply selling EVs. The model is intended to empower green-focused entrepreneurs with a profitable, future-forward business while enabling customers to engage with trusted local touchpoints for their family’s mobility needs.

Each iGo experience centre will be designed to offer a premium and inclusive environment, with particular focus on the comfort and safety needs of women and elderly users. The centres will also provide at-home test rides to ensure customers experience ownership before making a purchase decision.

Strong After-Sales Support & Training

iGo’s service philosophy is built on predictive mitigation, remote assistance and reliable spare-part availability. Franchise partners will receive comprehensive training covering all aspects of EV maintenance to deliver a seamless rider experience.

The FOFO (Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated) model requires a minimum investment of ₹10 lakh, with a 20x10 ft space requirement. The company projects a 12–16 month payback period and a 5–8% monthly ROI, with break-even achievable within a year. Super dealers or master distributors will gain exclusive access to up to five districts.

Partners will benefit from end-to-end support, including branding, marketing assistance, customer experience training, AI-backed inventory management, and full-stack dealership management tools. The first set of dealerships is slated to open by February 2025 in Bengaluru, with pilot programmes already underway in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

The company claims that this new initiative is tailored for high-quality seeking customer experience focused green entrepreneurs eager to participate in India’s growing EV revolution. Interested entrepreneurs can apply for the same by filling out a form available on the company’s official website.
