The new Jawa 350 Legacy Edition will be available in limited numbers, though.
Classic Legends has launched the Jawa 350 Legacy Edition to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the bike. Priced at ₹1.99 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), it will be limited to just 500 units and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. To distinguish itself from the standard bike, the Jawa 350 Legacy Edition will come fitted with several touring-focused additions as standard. These include a protective windscreen, a pillion backrest, and a crash guard. Additionally, each bike will come with a complimentary leather keychain and a collector’s miniature model of the same too.
Beyond these additions, the rest of the bike has remained the same. It will be available with the same set of colour options, which include Obsidian Black, Deep Forest, Grey, Black, Mystique Orange, and Maroon. At its heart lies the updated Alpha-II 350 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 22.6 bhp at 7,000 rpm and 28.1 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The engine was revised for better low and mid-range performance, which was achieved by changing the compression ratio from 9.5:1 to 11:1. The rest of the hardware has been left untouched, too, wherein Jawa had revised the profile of tyres for wider 100/90-18 and 130/80-17 rubbers.
