Jeep India has teased a Mojito-coloured special edition of the Wrangler on social media, giving enthusiasts a first look at what appears to be the brand's next limited-run offering for its off-road flagship. The company has not announced a launch date.
The teaser, posted on Instagram, shows the Wrangler in the distinctive lime-green shade that Jeep calls Mojito!. The colour is not new to the brand. It debuted on the Wrangler for the 2018 model year in the United States, was dropped after 2019, and returned for the 2025 model year on both the Wrangler and the Gladiator. It has since underpinned limited editions abroad, including a 100-unit Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Mojito! in Japan in May 2025 and a 30-unit Wrangler Mojito edition in South Korea a month later, both based on the four-door Rubicon.
An India launch would fit a pattern Jeep has already established here. In May 2025, the brand introduced the Wrangler Willys '41, a 30-unit special edition finished in a bespoke "41 Green" paint reserved exclusively for that trim. It sold out within days, and Jeep brought it back in February this year as a 41-unit run priced at ₹70.31 lakh, complete with "One of 41" badging and a bundle of accessories. Both editions were built on the Rubicon, the range-topping trim that India's Wrangler buyers have shown a clear preference for.

The regular Wrangler line-up in India comprises the Unlimited and Rubicon trims, both four-door and both powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox and full-time four-wheel drive. They are currently listed at ₹66.20 lakh and ₹70.80 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively, and are assembled locally from imported kits at Stellantis's Ranjangaon plant in Maharashtra. Mojito does not currently feature among the model's standard colour options, which include Anvil, Black, Bright White, Firecracker Red, Sarge Green and Billet.
Volumes for the Wrangler, and for Jeep in India more broadly, remain modest. The brand's monthly dispatches have hovered in the low hundreds through 2026, making limited-edition drops a low-cost way to sustain visibility around a niche, low-volume product. Jeep's wider India strategy, outlined under its "Strategic Plan Jeep 2.0" announced in January, points to a broader new-model push only from 2027, with the current generation Wrangler expected to be the mainstay of the range until then.
Jeep India has not detailed the edition's specification, pricing, or the number of units planned, nor confirmed whether it will be restricted to the Rubicon as in other markets. More details are expected closer to launch.
