The FanCode app secured the F1 rights earlier in the year
Jio has unveiled a complimentary FanCode subscription offer aimed at F1 enthusiasts and fans of other Indian and international sports. This offer will be available to select JioAirFiber, JioFiber, and Jio Mobile users. For AirFiber and JioFiber, the plans start at ₹1,199, while for mobile customers, the plans range from ₹398 to ₹4,498, including the new ₹3,333 annual plan.
FanCode holds exclusive rights to broadcast F1 races and qualifying sessions in India, making this offer particularly appealing for F1 fans. Although F1 itself offers an app with more comprehensive content, interviews, live timing, and an ad-free experience, it comes at a significantly higher cost compared to Jio's FanCode offer.
Beyond F1, FanCode boasts rights to cricket matches played in the West Indies, as well as various women's cricket tournaments. The platform also streams live football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, and badminton events. It provides in-depth statistics, analysis, fantasy sports insights, and breaking news from the world of sports.
The F1 coverage on FanCode includes practice sessions, qualifying sessions, sprint races, and the Grand Prix events, which are the key attractions for most users.
