Kia Carens Clavis Gains New Trim And Six-Seater Variant

Kia India has expanded its Carens Clavis lineup to eight trims, introducing a new HTX(O) variant and adding six-seater configurations across multiple models in response to customer demand.

The new HTX(O) trim, priced at ₹19,26,717 (ex-showroom), comes equipped with premium features including a Bose Premium Sound System with eight speakers, Drive Mode Select with Eco, Normal and Sport settings for the 7DCT transmission, Smart Key Remote Engine Start for 7DCT, and Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold for 7DCT.

Positioned above the HTX variant, the HTX(O) is available in both six and seven-seater configurations and is exclusively offered with the Smartstream G1.5 Turbo-GDi petrol engine paired with a seven-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (7DCT).

The company has also introduced six-seater variants across the HTK+ trim with both G1.5T 7DCT and D1.5 6AT engine options, as well as the HTK+(O) trim with the G1.5T 7DCT powertrain.

The complete Carens Clavis range now comprises eight trims: HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK+, HTK+ (O), HTX, HTX(O) and HTX+, with three engine options paired with either manual or automatic transmissions.

The new HTX(O) trim and six-seater variants will be available at Kia showrooms across India from 13th October 2025.
