Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition: Original Owners Offered Buyback Option

Mahindra first launched the BE 6 Batman edition in August 2025. However, due to an overwhelming response from buyers, all 999 units of the first batch of the BE 6 Batman Edition were sold out within 135 seconds of the bookings open. Seeing the unprecedented demand, Mahindra announced that it will introduce more units of the BE 6 Batman Edition in the future.

The homegrown automaker kept its promise and announced another batch of the Batman Edition earlier this month. This time, all 999 units from the second lot were snapped up within seven minutes of bookings opening. However, the announcement didn’t sit well with some owners from the first batch of the BE 6 Batman Edition, many of whom felt it diluted the exclusivity the car originally promised.

Taking note of this, Mahindra has now come up with a statement addressing the issue. In its official statement, Mahindra has stated that all founding owners of the BE 6 Batman Edition will be offered the option of a full buyback of their vehicle. This offer is extended exclusively to owners of the original batch of the Batman Edition and will be applicable for 30 days from the latest announcement.

Owners who wish to avail this option are advised to contact their respective dealerships for more details on the terms and conditions of this offer. Priced at ₹28.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the Batman-inspired version of the coupe electric SUV carries a premium of ₹1.59 lakh over the regular Pack Three variant on which it is based.

The previous batch of the Batman Edition was priced at ₹27.79 lakh (ex-showroom), marking a price increase of ₹70,000 for the latest lot. Deliveries are scheduled to begin on 10 April 2026. To recognise the loyalty of existing BE 6 Batman Edition owners, referrals made by current customers will receive priority in the delivery queue.

Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition: What’s different?

On the outside, the Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition receives a range of cosmetic upgrades. It is finished in an exclusive Satin Black paint scheme with a matte effect, complemented by Batman decals on the doors and roof. The design is further enhanced by 20-inch alloy wheels, while the suspension components and brake calipers are highlighted in a contrasting Alchemy Gold finish.

Bat insignias are featured across multiple elements, including the hub caps, quarter panels, and rear bumper. These logos are also projected onto the ground via the Night Trail carpet lamps. Adding to its collector-focused appeal is a distinctive “BE 6 The Dark Knight” badge.
