Maruti Suzuki will hike prices by up to 4 per cent and it will vary depending on the variant.
Maruti Suzuki has announced that it will hike the prices of all its cars and SUVs by up to 4 per cent from April 1, 2025. The Indian auto giant has cited rising input costs and operational expenses as the reason for the price hike. This is the third time Maruti Suzuki is hiking prices for all its models in 2025. The first happened in January, with the second price hike coming in February.
While Maruti Suzuki has mentioned the maximum percentage hike and that it will vary depending on the model, it has yet to define which models will be affected by the price hike. Maruti Suzuki also mentioned that while it has tried to absorb most of the impact of the price hike, it said some portion has to be extended to the customers.
Maruti Suzuki is the first manufacturer to announce a price hike for its cars and SUVs from April 1, 2025. Expect other manufacturers to announce a similar price hike before the start of the next financial year on April 1.
