The Cath Lab is fully funded by Maruti Suzuki under the company’s CSR initiative.
A state-of-the-art ‘Cath Lab’ facility at Zydus Sitapur Hospital, a CSR initiative of Maruti Suzuki completes one year of serving the community with a cardiac care facility and ensuring access to critical tertiary care in the region. Established with an investment of ₹5.6 crore, the Cath Lab is fully funded by Maruti Suzuki under the company’s CSR initiative. Equipped with cutting-edge medical infrastructure and managed by a team of expert healthcare professionals, the hospital offers several advanced clinical facilities such as General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Trauma, Gynaecology, Urology, Nephrology and Dialysis. The Cath lab was introduced in April 2023.
Rahul Bharti, Executive Officer - Corporate Affairs, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “Our efforts have also helped us serve 240 heart patients belonging to low-income groups under the prestigious Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.”
Zydus Sitapur Hospital launched in 2021 is the region’s first multi-specialty hospital. It is funded by Maruti Suzuki under its CSR initiatives. The hospital is managed and operated by the Ramanbhai Foundation, an arm of the Zydus Group. The hospital offers affordable and specialised healthcare services reaching more than 15 lakh people from nearby villages.
As a symbol of quality healthcare providers, the hospital is accredited with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) certification and was recently conferred with gold quality certification by the Quality Council of India (QCI).
