The Delhi State Legal Services Authority is back with the second instalment of the National Lok Adalat (NLA) on May 11, which is being organised in collaboration with the National Legal Services Authority. A total of 1,80,000 challans are pending in the Delhi Traffic Police (DTP) portal.
Offences like red light violations, PUC, exceeding the speed limit, and seat belt cases. The challan for all these offences will be either reduced or waived off by the NLA. A total of 180 Lok Adalat benches will be put up, and each bench will take up/clear 1,000 compoundable challans/notices that have been pending till January 31, as per the official notification shared by the committee.

Individuals looking to clear their offences will be required to download e-challans from the official website – https://traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/notice/lokadalat – post which they will be required to attend the National Lok Adalat session. Registrations for the NLA have already commenced.

Enter the required details including the vehicle number, chassis number or engine number
Click on challan details and there you will get all the details of the compoundable challans till January 31.
Select court complexes, and sessions and then take the printout the slip.
