The new Dzire reignites the fight in the subcompact sedan with a fresh design, improved interior and a range of added features.

Maruti Suzuki India has finally announced the prices for the new Dzire and it now starts at ₹6.79 lakh and goes up to ₹10.14 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, India) for the top-spec variant. However, these prices are introductory and available till December 31, 2024. Apart from a new Z-Series petrol engine under the hood, the new Dzire is offered in both manual and automatic gearbox options apart from refreshing the looks and features department of the subcompact sedan.

Under the hood, the new Dzire employs a 1.2-litre NA, petrol engine that develops 80 bhp and 112 Nm of peak torque, coupled to either a 5-speed manual or a AMT gearbox. The petrol manual powertrain returns 24.79 kmpl, while the petrol AMT powertrain has a fuel efficiency of 25.71 kmpl.
