Under the new programme, Ola Electric is offering referral bonuses of ₹5,000 in credit points to an existing customer, and ₹1,000 cashback for a new customer.
Ola Electric has introduced “Ola Insiders” — an exclusive community initiative designed to reward and retain its existing customer base of over one million riders across India. The program provides structured benefits focused on vehicle upgrades, add-on purchases, and customer referrals, with total incentives of up to ₹50,000.
The initiative reflects the company’s strategy to deepen customer engagement while accelerating the adoption of electric mobility through ownership incentives.
The Ola Insiders program is built around three core offerings aimed at enhancing ownership value and encouraging ecosystem growth.

Speaking on this development, an Ola spokesperson said, “With over a million riders, our community remains central to our journey. With the launch of Ola Insiders, we are introducing a structured ownership program built around our riders which supports seamless vehicle upgrades, enables multi-Ola households, and makes it easier for our community to bring more people into electric mobility.”
