North America was the largest consumer region for Porsche with 86,229 deliveries in 2025.

Porsche AG reported a decline in vehicle deliveries for the 2025 financial year. The German manufacturer delivered 279,449 cars globally, a 10 per cent drop from the 310,718 units supplied in 2024.

China accounted for the largest decrease in volume. Deliveries in the region fell by 26 per cent to 41,938 vehicles. The company attributed this reduction to market conditions and competition in the electric vehicle segment. In Europe, excluding Germany, deliveries decreased by 13 per cent to 66,340 cars. The German home market saw a 16 per cent drop to 29,968 units.

Supply constraints impacted these figures. The manufacturer cited "supply gaps" for the combustion-engine 718 and Macan models due to European Union cybersecurity regulations. Production for the 718 Boxster and Cayman ended in October 2025, contributing to a 21 per cent decline for that model line.

The Porsche 911 bucked the downward trend. Deliveries for the sports car rose by 1 per cent to 51,583 units, a record for the model. The Macan remained the top-selling line with 84,328 deliveries, an increase of 2 per cent. However, the Taycan model saw deliveries fall by 22 per cent. Electrification continued to expand. Electrified vehicles represented 34.4 per cent of global deliveries in 2025, with battery-electric vehicles accounting for 22.2 per cent.

While North America maintained 2024 levels with 86,229 deliveries, the "Overseas and Emerging Markets" region, which encompasses India, remained largely stable. This region recorded 54,974 deliveries, a decrease of 1 per cent.
This 10 per cent contraction follows a period of record deliveries. The decline aligns with the company's "value over volume" strategy. The transition of key volume models like the Macan and 718 to electric platforms, combined with the phase-out of combustion versions in Europe, created a temporary volume gap. The drop also reflects a broader normalisation in the luxury sector after post-pandemic highs.
