The duo sort of reprise their dialogues from the movie, Animal.
As Hero MotoCorp’s all-electric sub-division, Vida, gears up to launch its second scooter, the VX2, the brand has released a new teaser with quite the star power. The teaser showcases a scene loosely adapted from the superhit movie, “Animal”, wherein Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor (the two play father and son) argue over which two-wheeler they should get for home. In the process, Ranbir Kapoor even showcases the front of the scooter, revealing in part how the VX2 will look from the front.
However, the upcoming Vida VX2 was already spotted without any camouflage last month. It’s the same Vida Z concept electric scooter that Hero showcased last year at EICMA, and later at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The VX2 is expected to come with removable battery packs of 2 kWh to 3.7 kWh capacity, just like the V2 series. It might also be available in three variants – Lite, Plus, and Pro. Pricing is expected to undercut the current V2 series which ranges from ₹74,000 to ₹1.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will compete against the likes of the TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak, Ather Rizta, and the Ola S1 series.
