Rolls-Royce has revealed its most powerful model ever, the Spectre Black Badge. An internal combustion engine (ICE) model is no longer holds that title as the Spectre Black Badge is an electric vehicle (EV). This one produces 650 bhp and 1075 Nm, producing 73 bhp and 175 Nm more than the standard Spectre.
The Spectre Black Badge’s insane power figures help it propel from 0-60 mph (98 kmph) in 4.1 seconds. In true Rolls-Royce fashion, the launch control is called ‘Spirited Mode’, which is activated by pressing the brake and accelerator pedals together, which allows for the 4.1 second time, utilising all of the 1075 Nm.
Dynamically, Rolls-Royce has tweaked the chassis of the Spectre Black Badge. The weight of the steering wheel has been increased and roll stabilisation has been adjusted for better feedback. The dampers have also been adjusted to improve body control.
Like all Black Badge models, the Spectre also gets dark accents inside and out. It comes with a black-painted bonnet and customers can choose between 44,000 colour options. The 23-inch wheels of the Spectre Black Badge get a choice of either a dual-tone finish or an all-black finish.
