The Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be manufactured at the brand’s CKD (Completely Knocked Down) facility in Birgunj, Nepal.
Royal Enfield has introduced the Classic 350 to the Nepalese market. India’s most popular retro roadster will be offered in Nepal as a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and it will be assembled at RE’s Birgunj facility, which was established in June 2023. The Royal Enfield Classic 350 in Nepal starts from NPR 5.55 lakh (which converts to approximately ₹3.47 lakh) for the base Heritage variant, and tops out at NPR 5.79 lakh (which converts to approximately ₹3.63 lakh) for the Chrome (Emerald) variant.
All in all, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be available in five variants, with seven colour options. Check out the full price range, and the respective colour options available with each variant:
Variants | Price In NPR |

Heritage Premium (Medallion Bronze) | 5.66 lakh |
Signals (Commando Sand) | 5.66 lakh |

Along with that, the bike will be able with LED headlamp, LED pilot lamps, and a Type-C USB charging port, and gear position indicator.

Mechanically, it will retain the same J-series 349 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox, so all in all, there are no changes on this front.
Speaking on the occasion of this new market launch, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer, Royal Enfield said, "Nepal has always been special for us. In just two years, since the start of our CKD operations here, we’ve been overwhelmed by the exceptional response Royal Enfield motorcycles received from the market. We are proud to forge a deep connection & love with our Customers in Nepal.”
