Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Edition Sells Out in Just 3 Minutes in India

Royal Enfield has announced that all 25 units of the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition allocated for the Indian market were completely sold out within three minutes of digital bookings opening. Co-developed with Taiwan-based custom builder Rough Crafts, the exclusive motorcycle is restricted to just 100 individually numbered units worldwide and priced at ₹5.75 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

The flash sale for the Indian allocation took place on July 30 via the Drop Zone on the Royal Enfield app and official website, following a phased global rollout across Europe, the Americas, and the APAC region. According to the company, over 9,000 enthusiasts globally registered their interest for the 100 available units during the pre-registration window held between July 15 and July 30.

Inspired by the 'Caliber Royale' custom build unveiled at EICMA 2025 and showcased at Motoverse 2025 in Goa, the limited-edition motorcycle features a dual-tone Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black finish adorned with hand-laid Gold Leaf pinstriping, contrast grey accents, and a cast brass collaboration badge.

Additional premium touches include gold-finished inner fork tubes, contrast-cut alloy wheels, quilted leather seating, black bar-end mirrors, and a unique tank edition number. Each owner will also receive a collectible artwork sketch signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.
