The Galaxy S24 series is expected to include three models - the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra. These will succeed the current Galaxy S23 lineup.
According to the leak, the official launch for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will be January 18th, 2024, at 3:00 AM KST. This translates to a January 17th launch at 11:30 PM IST for the Indian market.
The teaser video from Blass also mentions "Galaxy AI", hinting that enhanced artificial intelligence capabilities will debut with the S24 series. Previous rumours suggested the S24 Ultra model would be powered by an in-house AI processor.
On the design front, leaked renders (via Android Headlines) show a setup similar to the Galaxy S23, with a centred punch-hole camera and vertical rear camera array. However, the S24 may feature a colour-matched frame.
Depending on the market, the S24 and S24+ are rumoured to pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400, while the S24 Ultra is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 globally.
With the launch date and details leaked, Samsung fans have a solid timeline for the next iteration of the popular Galaxy S flagship lineup. Stay tuned for more updates as we head into the new year.
