Simple Ultra with 400 km Range Launched at ₹2.35 lakh

Simple Energy today announced the launch of the Simple Ultra electric scooter, with its price set at ₹2.35 lakh (ex-showroom). The model is now available for purchase, with deliveries already underway.

The Simple Ultra, unveiled earlier this year as part of the company’s Gen 2 portfolio, is positioned as a long-range electric scooter with an IDC-certified range of 400 km. It is powered by a 6.5 kWh battery and is designed to cater to riders seeking extended range and high performance.

Performance remains a key highlight, with the scooter capable of accelerating from 0-40 km/h in 2.77 seconds and achieving a top speed of 115 km/h. The model is also equipped with four-level traction control and a seven-inch digital display console, aimed at enhancing rider convenience and control.

Customers can experience the Simple Ultra through test rides at authorised retail outlets or book the scooter online via the company’s official website.

The Ultra marks Simple Energy’s fourth product action in 2026, following the introduction of updated versions of the Simple One and Simple OneS earlier this year. The company continues to focus on expanding its product portfolio to address varying customer needs in the electric two-wheeler segment.
