The helmet features an Energy Impact Resistant Thermoplastic (EIRT) dual-shell design, multi-density EPS liner, and a 21-vent stainless-steel airflow system.

SMK Helmets has expanded its full-face helmet portfolio in India with the launch of the Agnar Revv decal variant, with prices starting at ₹6,700. Originally introduced in 2024, the Agnar full-face helmet platform receives a new graphic theme inspired by the sweep of an engine rev counter. The helmet is available in six colour combinations across both gloss and matte finishes, with sizes ranging from XS to XXL across authorised dealerships nationwide.

The Agnar Revv features a distinct aesthetic defined by parallel lines extending across the crown toward the visor, paired with angular panels and high-contrast accents over dark, grey, or white base tones. Underneath the paintwork, the helmet uses an Energy Impact Resistant Thermoplastic (EIRT) outer shell produced in two distinct shell sizes to ensure a proportionate fit across the size spectrum. Energy absorption is handled by a multi-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner, while heat management relies on a complex 21-vent stainless-steel system with channelled air intakes and exhausts.

For rider convenience, the Agnar Revv is equipped with a dual-visor mechanism comprising a scratch-resistant outer visor with a quick-release function and a retractable internal sun visor. The Indian-spec model includes an anti-fog Pinlock 30 lens as standard equipment. Additional safety and comfort elements include a removable, washable hypoallergenic interior liner and a racing-spec double D-ring chin strap retention system.

Designed at SMK's European studio and manufactured at its facilities in India, the helmet complies with triple safety certifications, including ECE 22.06, DOT, and ISI standards. According to the brand, the Agnar shell construction requires two and a half to three times as long to manufacture compared to standard full-face models owing to its multi-component design.
